I’ve been trying for 2 days now and I lost 6 pounds (of water weight but still)
I’m back again going to do the best I ever have
a neurotypical person telling me my disordered behaviours are unhealthy is the equivalent of someone trying on your glasses and saying ‘wow ur eyesight is bad’ like.. i know.. i have a mental illness..
i used to be a really smart kid who was “going places” but now i just cry a lot and eat all the food in the fridge
